Common installation issues on tuankuda
If Android installation fails, verify that "Unknown Sources" is enabled: go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, select your file manager (Files or Google Files), and toggle the permission on. Then open your file manager, locate the APK, and tap Install again. If you see a "Certificate not trusted" error on iOS after adding the web app to home screen, close Safari fully and reopen it; the certificate is valid and the error is typically a caching issue. If push notifications do not appear, ensure notifications are enabled in your device Settings → Notifications → tuankuda and that tuankuda has the necessary permissions. For Android users, also check that your device has battery optimization turned off for the tuankuda app.
Data, permissions, and account security on tuankuda
The tuankuda app requests permission to access your camera (for identity verification during KYC), microphone (for live-dealer audio), and notifications (to alert you to match updates and seat availability). The app does not access your contacts, files, or location. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.2 or higher. Your login credentials (username and password) are never stored on your device in plain text; instead, a secure session token is created after login and stored in the app's encrypted storage. If you log out or uninstall the app, the token is deleted. Your account balance, transaction history, and game history remain synchronized in real time with our servers, so you can switch between devices or browsers without loss of data. If your device is lost or stolen, log in from another device and change your password immediately; this invalidates all previous session tokens.
